Robert is the founder of Kirby Leadership Academy. For over two decades, his organisation has helped tens of thousands of individuals and many organisations around the globe to enhance their performance and achieve world class successes through public seminars, customised training programmes, keynote speaking, consulting projects and executive coaching.
Some of his organisation’s clients include Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Sands China Limited, Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC), Hong Kong Hotels Association, Macau Government Tourism Office, AXA Insurance, BMW, Lego, and ROC Oil (China).
Robert is the chairman of Kirby Group. For over two decades, his companies have been involved in corporate training & consulting services, sport events management and charitable community projects.
Prior to establishing Kirby Leadership Academy and the Kirby Group, Robert had over twenty years of experience in managing and opening internationally branded hotels in Europe and Asia.
Robert is from U.K. and has been living in Asia for over thirty years. He continues to enjoy living in Asia with his family and is committed to making a positive difference in people, organisations and communities.
